wakeing up in the night
Hi! Is there anything that you can think of that may be wakeing the child? Is there a train or trucks that go past near at the times? Are they toilet stops? Bad dreams? For the bad dreams one, I got my boy a dreamcatcher, it worked well. Toilet stops.. I stopped all drinks from about 2 hours before bed. My youngest boy doesn't like the dark much, so the boys curtain is left open a little so the street light shines in (free nightlight!!!!) Does the child have daytime naps? My oldest started wakeing during the night when he was ready to stop the daytime nap. Also, is the child hot or cold? One way to find out is to lay on the childs bed and see how "friendly" the room feels. Do it at night and it may even be something as silly as a slight draft blowing over the childs bed. I hope some of this helps!!

Night waking
Hi there,
How old is your wee one? Maybe they are getting the toddler molars? It is getting colder at night, my sweet boy wakes up when he's cold - he kicks off the blankets and hasn't worked out how to snuggle back under in his sleep yet. If he is well apart from that, maybe it's just a phase - not helpful I know, but a strange source of comfort if you think of it as temporary :o)
