re: Is she getting enough
Hi there,

Children go through different phases with eating, just like with anything really. What most people will tell you is that as long as she is happy, healthy and growing she is all good. Keep offering all the good healthy foods that you already are, don't make a fuss if stuff is left but praise her for the food that she has eaten.

Children don't starve themselves, she will eat when she is hungry and in any case we all should be the same and have our main meal in the morning. There is a reason why it is called Breakfast and I think that most of us forget this.

You are doing all the right things.

Hope this helps
