Oh dear
is that another stage to look forward too? We are refusing to let mummy wash our hair at the moment (19 months) and so have lots of dramas.
Have you tried a bit of food colouring to make it a different colour?

Thanks
No didn't think of that! Will try it tonight! Can't help you with the washing hair problem, as we have that problem too!! He is getting better as he can follow instructions to keep head up and eyes closed. We use different type of containers, eg what toy blocks come in, or the watering can or the teapot to rinse. He doesn't like those visors they have for bath time!! Good luck. And hopefully your little one won't be so bad!

Baths
thought I'd try her in the shower yesterday with me. Oh my golly gosh she cried the whole way through except for when I tried to rinse her off and then she went hysterical and didn't stop until after she had her PJs on. Not trying that again for awhile me thinks

My son is still getting in the bath (hates the shower though) but he SCREAMS when i was his hair :(, he used to love the whole experience so much, you can by this things that go over thier head, its like a brim of a hat without the brim so its stops and water going on thier head, sounds great but i can find one that fits my son! have one for my 8 month old and its great.

try bubble bath for kids
I used to fillthe bath tub and let my daughter watch as the tub would fill up with bubbles. She always had a cloth and little cup to play with water. When she was one year old i used to leave her in the tub while i qucikly jumped in the shower. This way she was comfotable and i had time for a shower too.

Coloured baths
My daughter fell in the bath when she was 2 and became terrified of the bath. After a few weeks I went out and bought a new bright blue non-slip mat, new bath toys and a jar of bubbles for her to blow. I then put some food colouring in the bath and let her choose the colour. She wasn't allowed to have the colour until she got in and sat down.
We've never looked back!
Good luck.

opposite
I'm the opposite (or should I say my kids are the opposite). My kids love to get IN the bath it's just amatter of trying to get them OUT! My 2 and 4 year olds have a bath together. Funny thing was when we were renting in Tauranga we didn't have a bath in the house we were in so the kids bathed in a big plastic container. I'd bathed Miss 2 year old and got her out and dressed in her PJs then got Master 4 year old in. My husband went to try and find Miss 2 and found her trying to climb back in the plastic tub PJs and all. Rather funny to see reallly.
