Volunteer Parents Needed for Plunket
Hi, I am the Area Convenor for Tots & Toddlers, the parenting classes run by Plunket in High Schools.
Our classes aim to show students what parenting is really like, and give them ideas on safety, nutrition and how to care for children.
We are looking for parents with children under 5 years of age to come into the classroom to share their knowledge and experience of parenting with groups of year 12 students. We have parents along to 2 classes of about 1 hour duration to talk on what life is like, suitable toys, food and what activities their kids love.
