Gastric Reflux Support Network

The Gastric Reflux Support Network (NZ) for Parents of Infants and Children is a charitable trust providing support and safe up-to-date information for parents of children with Infant Gastric Reflux throughout New Zealand.

What does it do?

The group offers support, ideas, safe up-to-date information fact sheets, and coffee/support groups throughout NZ. Its purpose is to hand back confidence to parents and guardians highlighting the great work they do at home. Also to give them further skills to cope with Gastric Reflux and the effects it has on their families and lives.

They are a network of experienced parents and volunteers offering moral support and a coffee when needed. Their network is guided by a trust board with a clear purpose to empower and inform parents during a stressful time.

Their quarterly e-newsletters are a wonderful resource for those parents who find it hard to get out and about and want to keep in touch with new ideas and products. Their information fact sheets have been written by suitably qualified or experienced people. All medical fact sheets have been reviewed by a paediatrician.

They have an online membership forum which is handy for parents who find it hard to find a moment for themselves let alone the time to write to us.

They also have a collection of books and equipment that members can borrow and have information fact sheets available by post or online.

How is it funded?

The Gastric Reflux Support Network is a not-for-profit Charitable Trust that has generously been given community funding to provide support and information to families living with Gastric Reflux in babies, infants and children.

Grants have come from Community Grants COGS; JR Mackenzie Trust and the Lottery Grants Board.

How can I get their help?

How much does it cost?
