At the end of last year I was lucky enough to receive a care pack in the mail from Skinfood New Zealand. I hadn’t used this product before, so I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived on my door step.

Skinfood New Zealand products are certified Organic by Ecocert. All of their ingredients are sourced from sustainable suppliers, and free from nasties. They also make sure that all their products are recyclable and encourage people to recycle. This is a big tick in my book.

What I’m liking

Over the past few months I’ve been trying out their SPF15 Moisturiser which is just divine. I have pretty fair skin and find putting a heavy sunblock on in the morning annoying. So to have a light moisturiser to put on in the morning, before going out into the sun, has been wonderful.

Another aspect of this moisturiser I like, is the great smell. It’s made with manuka honey, avocado oil, lavender oil, tea tree oil, and aloe vera, and this has made it a real treat to put on. I’ve even caught my husband using it!

Another great product I received from Skinfood New Zealand was the Little Body Oil from their Little Skinfood range for babies and children. The Little Body Oil contains sunflower seed oil, sweet almond oil and sweet orange oil.

It’s 100% natural and goes on like a dream. I’ve been using it on my boy since 11 months old and it hasn’t left him feeling at all greasy. I love that it only has a subtle smell and doesn’t effect my child’s soft skin. Also my little miss 3 loves to use it as ‘her’ moisturiser in the morning when I’m putting mine on!

The last product I’ve had the pleasure using over the last couple of months are the Facial Cleansing Wipes. I’m not normally a fan of cleansing wipes, because I feel they’re too full of chemicals, and alway smell disgusting! But Skinfood’s Facial Cleansing Wipes are great. They actually smell pleasant and leave my skin feeling refreshed.

I’m also pretty lazy when it comes to taking off my make-up at night, so I’ve found these wipes have solved that problem, because they’re so easy to use.

Thanks so much to Skinfood New Zealand for sending me this wonderful care package. I am definitely converted.
