Chocolate Brownies
These Chocolate Brownies are lovely served warm with ice cream as dessert, or as a special lunchbox treat - this brownie is simple and fast to make.

olive oil

plain flour

self raising flour

cocoa powder

chocolate chips

Mix first five ingredients together in a bowl with a fork.

Sift in next three ingredients and mix all together until just combined.

Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into a baking paper lined slice pan.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Be careful not to overbake brownie - you want it slightly soft and sticky in the centre.
