For ‘helmet like’ hair, cut toast in half, pick one half then starting from the bottom edge cut out a rectangle then remove piece.
Spread on the marmite on the toast
For eyes, place eggs half under the helmet hair (yolk side up)
Pop of a dob of marmite on each yolk for pupils.
Have fun fashioning a moustache by cutting out crazy shapes from remaining piece of toast. Alternatively if you are after a more chiseled moustache you can purchase moustache sandwich cutters (Crustaches), online from www.kiwicakes.co.nz.
