Dear Parent,
Winter is a tough time for parents, we have to cope with the inevitable rounds of winter ailments - colds & flu and coughs - that sweep through the family.
If you have youngsters under the age of 8 winter can be even worse, as their immunity levels are still building and they seem to bring home every bug imaginable from pre-school or school.
In this section we provide advice on how to make your child more comfortable as they fight off a list of winter ailments, and we include a range of both traditional medicines and natural therapies to help keep them well.
Good luck this winter - we hope you stay well and healthy (but as a precaution, you might like to start stocking up on tissues now!)

Best wishes!
