Perfect for a baby snack, but also a delicious accompaniment for many family meals!  Try this finger food recipe featuring just kumara and cinnamon.

Ingredients:

  • 1 small kumara
  • pinch of ground cinnamon

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
  2. Bake the kumara in its skin, until tender.
  3. Cool, then carefully remove the skin.
  4. Cut into cubes, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
