Kiwi Families Online Competition Terms & Conditions
- All competitions are limited to one entry from Kiwi Families’ Members only. If you are not already a Member, you will be offered Membership when you enter this competition. As per our Website User Terms & Conditions, as a Member you will receive regular email newsletters from Kiwi Families. You have the opportunity to opt out at any time (although we know you’ll love our newsletter!).
- All competitions are open to New Zealand residents only.
- All entries must include an email address, phone number and residential address for the purposes of contacting winners, and sending out prizes. As per our Website User Terms & Conditions we will never share your personal information with any Third Parties. The only instance we will share your personal information is in the event you are a competition winner.
- Kiwi Family Media accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
- Kiwi Family Media accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or misdirected prizes.
- Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no exchanges will be made.
- Competition promoters reserve the right to exchange the prize for another prize of equal or better value, in the event the prize is unavailable at the end of the competition.
- Kiwi Family Media retains the right to exclude Members from competitions if we believe the Terms and Conditions have not been met.
- All competition end dates, prize details, and any other Terms and Conditions will be included on each individual competition page.
- Employees of the competition promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- Employees, contractors and affiliates of Kiwi Family Media and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- Winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the competition closing.
- Winners agree to having their name published on the Kiwi Families website and in our newsletter.
- The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
