1-2 chicken breasts diced

2-3 rashers of bacon diced

handful of sliced mushrooms

container of creme fraiche

handful of sliced spring onions

(extra – freshly grated parmesan cheese)

How to Make:

In a pan fry the onion, add chicken and cook throughly (can add herbs and salt and pepper if you want) – take out and place in a bowl.

Add a bit more onion and bacon to the pan and cook, then add mushrooms cook till soft. Add the cooked chicken and the creme fraiche. Stir till the creme fraiche looks like a sauce. – don’t boil. (To make it more saucy add some chicken stock if you want).

Put cooked shell pasta in a oven proof dish, pour chicken mixture of pasta and mix together so all of pasta is coated.

Sprinkle over the spring onions.

Mix together bread crumbs, grated cheese and if you like some grated parmesan cheese then sprinkle over the top of pasta.

Put in oven at 180 for about 10 minutes or till all heated through and topping is golden.

Serve with salad and herb bread – yummo!

PS. I often grate Zuchinni into this dish and many other pasta dishes.
