Feeding Little Tummies: A Guide for New Zealand Parents and Caregivers is published by Craig Potton Publishing and contains over 100 illustrated recipes. Beginning with a first foods section that relates to a child’s development through the first year, with simple purees introduced slowly from around the age of six months, through to, at around 12 months, eventually eating the same food as the whole family. The rest of the books is broken into main meal recipes including breakfasts, snacks and lunches, dinners and desserts. Many of the recipes include suggestions for alternative ingredients to help cater for people with food sensitivities.
