The swivelling front wheel is excellent on busy streets and indoors because you can turn it with just one finger. Easily lock the front wheel to handle walks in the park, light jogging and moderate off-road conditions with ease. The ergonomic handlebar is adjustable to ensure optimum comfort while pushing. For great versatility, you can turn the Urban into a pram with an optional carrycot. Drop an infant carseat in with the optional Carseat Adapter or add an older child with the optional Kiddy Board™. Another great buggy. We looked at so many of them when looking we had them all swimming around in our heads for awhile. This was one of the ones that stood out for us. Still the price factor for us.
After trying a coulpe of other ‘buggy’ brands for our other children, we purchased the urban designer for our son 15 months ago. As with all mountain products, the quality is great. It’s lightweight, and can pretty much go anywhere. The patterned fabric on this model adds a point of difference. I’d still recommend adding the carry cot option for the first few months (although it would be good if the was a rain cover for this!0
